You'll collaborate with our team to develop a tailored grant strategy that positions your organization for long-term success and, based on your team's unique needs, determine the specific partnership that best serves your funding goals:

Groundwork
If there's alignment, every organization begins its partnership with Juniper at the Groundwork phase. This one- to three-month period offers individualized strategy development to build your organization's grant-funding capacity.
Organizations may continue their partnership with Juniper beyond the Groundwork phase through either the Ecosystem Cultivator or Full Ecosystem Management.
Ecosystem Cultivator
Just as healthy ecosystems require both strong foundations and ongoing nurturing, organizations thrive with both strategic planning and sustained support. The Ecosystem Cultivator offers long-term, comprehensive grant consulting services to provide essential capacity-building. Through your initial Groundwork sessions with the Juniper team, you'll decide the scope of the services you need at this level of partnership, whether that includes continued prospecting and grant tracking, administrative support, professional editing services, or all of the above.
Organizations seeking full-scale grant writing and consulting services may deepen their partnership with Juniper through Full Ecosystem Management.
